DELIVERY

Pared ships its products worldwide and uses local postal services and courier company depending on the region.

Within Australia we ship via Express Post. For orders placed before midday we offer overnight shipping within major metropolitan east coast states. For outer regions of Australia and shipping to the WA standard shipping is 2-3 days.

For orders received after midday we will ship these out the next day on an overnight service.

For International shipping we ship by Australia Post International and this services generally has a 5-7 day shipping timeline to most locations.

We provide tracking for all shipments upon order so our customers can check the status of their orders online.

We strongly recommend that customers allocate a business address open between 9am - 5pm to ensure that goods can be signed for. 

We want to you to enjoy your eyewear as quickly as possible and hate when the delivery man can't find you.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

We want to ensure our customers get the right frames. If you are not happy with the frames you receive we offer a no questions asked return policy up to 7 days after you receive your frames.

If you simply want to change a colour or style we will cover the return shipping costs for the item.

All returned items for refund or exchange must be returned in a new condition free of any wear or damage with original packaging and tags. In this case we ask that you cover the expense of shipping.

If your sunglasses are found to be faulty we offer a replacement pair up to 1 year from your purchase.

Break your sunglesses and its not our fault and we still want to help. We know that sunglasses can get sat on or scratched as they get a lot of love so we offer a repair or replacement service for a small fee charge on a case by case basis.

PRIVACY POLICY

We run our online website on a premium website platform run on secure servers.

We use Paypal and Eway gateways with the ANZ bank and all transactions are processed on a secure SSL server.

We may contact you regarding your order using your personal information however this information is secure within the pared family and will not be released for external use.
